Gandhara bronze Buddha PK245
Important and rare standing bronze Buddha statue, with silver inlaid eyes. Two lions are framing its pedestal. The index finger of its right hand is missing and lower part of the pedestal has been consolidated. Display stand made of solid jack wood.
Found in the Swat valley. ancient Gandhara kingdom (nowadays in Northern Pakistan).
Circa 2nd-4rd century CE.
