This selection of African Masks has been acquired in Europe from travelers, dealers or the families of former colonial residents. It is representative of a whole continent as many ethnic groups are represented here and many are characteristic of the incredible creativity of its craftsmen, with amazing cubic or abstract stylization. Most of these masks have been given their own name as they were (and are still sometimes) used for specific dance or ritual.
We have selected the following links for a better understanding of the origin of our masks: Traditional African masks and Dallas Museum of Art.

Some of these masks are provided with a free base. However prices shown here do not include its shipping cost. If you are interested in receiving this accessory, please contact us for a quotation.
