FOR BUYERS OF A SINGLE PIECE OF FURNITURE, ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENT, OR LARGE ITEM FROM OUR “OTHER ARTS” COLLECTION
Please note that sea freight shipments from Thailand are subject to a minimum charge for one cubic meter, which can often accommodate several items. Typical rates range from USD $600 to $800 depending on the destination port.
On arrival, some countries charge only VAT, while others impose additional customs duties. We recommend hiring a customs broker or freight forwarder unless you are familiar with import procedures. Also, if you live far from a major international port, trucking and handling fees may significantly increase your total cost—especially for low-priced items.
That said, if your heart is set on a specific piece, we’re happy to assist by providing crate dimensions and estimated weight, so you can request quotes from freight or customs agents near your area.
Tip for reducing shipping costs:
For bulky items listed with “Free Shipping,” you may lower the total cost by grouping them with “Contact Us for Shipping” pieces to ship everything together by sea. In many cases, this can cut the displayed price in half, and we’ll refund the difference.
Thank you for your understanding and continued interest.
