A. First spear at left is entirely made of iron. Acquired direcltly from the Mru people in the Chittagong Hill Tracks, 1984.
159 cm long.

B. Second from left is a Javanese transmigrasi spear made of a black wood shaft, steel blade and brass socket, acquired in Borneo, 1985.
189 cm long.

C. Third spear, made of a black wood shaft, an iron spike and blade with ratan socket, was acquired from the Igorot people in Bontoc, Northern Cordillera, Luzon island, the Philippines, 1984.
204 cm long.

D. Last to the right is a Dayak sarbacane (or blowpipe, called sumpit) with an iron blade bundled with ratan and tin mouthpiece inlaid with fish motifs. Acquired in the Lake region in the north of West Kalimantan, Borneo, 1985.
206 cm.
All four date from the late 19th to early 20th century.
