Bactrian onyx pieces AFG105
Eight onyx cylinders and two polyhedrons of unknown use. The cavity on one end may help to identify them as “portable light holder”, but of course this is only an assumption.
Found in Bactria, Northern Afghanistan.
Unknown age, but with ancient patina that leads to think at least a millennia.
Biggest: 104 mm high x 33 mm in diameter. Total weight: 2.07 kg
